Customers who evaluate several subsets of their companies can now summarize each Company Set in a single table in Custom Dashboards. The Company Set summaries are often used to aggregate segments of the companies you follow such as regions, category, or business type.
In Custom Dashboards you can now display each Company Set as a table row and choose to total or average any public metric, including follower counts, post frequency, and engagement total and rate.
This feature is only available to Engage Pro and Enterprise customers.
To view Company Set summaries, create a table with the Company Set dimension selected:
Create a Custom Dashboard or open an existing dashboard
Select “Create New Chart”
Choose Table as the chart type
Change Dimension to Company Set
Add metrics and choose appropriate Summary Calculation
Save to Dashboard
The Company Sets can be created using the Company Set Filter in the top navigation bar. The Company Set rows displayed in the table will not automatically include the focus company.
