Finding Details for a Company in Your Landscape

1. View the companies in your landscape by clicking this link, or expand the Landscape section in the side navigation panel and select Companies.

2. Click the company’s name to view its details.

You'll find three pages of information about the company:

  1. Overview: An overview of all of the channel data we have in Rival IQ for that company, including their bio and metrics during the selected time period.

  2. Social Posts: The posts published by this company during the selected time period. Shows up to 200 matching posts.

  3. Alert Feed: A list of the alerts triggered for this company during the selected time period.

Overview

The Overview page provides at-a-glance metrics for a company's channel data in Rival IQ. Export a summary for one channel or for all the channels available for this company. Click the link in the panel footer to analyze the Competitive Public Data for that channel.

Social Posts

The Social Posts page displays the posts published by this company during the selected time period. Search through post content or use the filters to focus on posts by channel, type, or tag. Click the column headers to sort.

TIP: You can use the Social Posts page to view or export content sorted by date - the Top Content and other reports don't have this option.

While the Social Posts page can display up to 200 matching posts, exports are subject to restrictions on how many posts are included by report type. See Post Export Limits in Rival IQ for more details.

Alert Feed

The Alert Feed page is a list of important events in the landscape. These include breakout social posts, positioning changes in the landscape, or big changes in social metrics. Alerts are sorted by date with the most recent at the top of the feed.
