Each channel listed under Competitive Public Data has a Social Posts panel. You can use the data on this panel to see high-level metrics and search across posts made by companies in a landscape to get answers to your data-driven questions. You can then export or schedule results to share with your team on a one-time or regular basis.

Filtering Social Posts

Rival IQ indexes every single post made by your companies across all channels to deliver a comprehensive view at a glance of your content landscape. Using the search capability, you can filter the results you see to show instantly for set of posts having a keyword or hashtag.

πŸ“ NOTE: Searching for posts does not search the entire Internet, but returns only the set of posts made by the companies in the landscape for the specified date range.

You can filter social posts by entering keywords in the search box. Filtering affects results in each section of the Social Posts panel.

For search syntax and examples, see the Social Post Search Tips.
