How do I cancel my monthly Rival IQ subscription?

There is no minimum commitment or term for monthly Rival IQ plans. If you're unhappy with the tool, you can cancel at any time.

We think you'll be satisfied with our product, but if you aren't, we'll refund 100% of your current month's subscription fee. As part of this process, we will request your input on how we can improve Rival IQ.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Click Account at the bottom of the left navigation bar and select Subscription or go to Subscription.

2. Submit the subscription cancellation form.
