If you have trouble connecting Facebook Insights, use this help article to troubleshoot or reach out to our support team.

Page Tab

The Page tab displays everything that happened for your Page during the selected time period, including Page Fan growth and Presence Consumptions. Each panel includes an info bubble to help you understand exactly what data is presented.

Page Fans and Page Views panels

The Page Fans panel provides the current Fan count for the selected time frame, a breakdown of where new Page Fans liked your Page, and a chart of your new Page Fans by day.

The Page Views panel displays a daily chart of views made by visiting your Page, and the number of clicks on the CTA button on your Page.

Presence Impressions and Consumptions panels

Whenever you see "Presence", that metric includes interactions for your Page and Posts published by your Page.

The Presence Impressions panel summarizes the number of times anyone saw anything about your Page during the selected time period (your Page published posts and they appeared in the viewer's newsfeed, your Page was mentioned by the viewer's friend, etc.). It also breaks down how the viewer saw it (paid, organic, viral).

The Presence Consumptions panel summarizes the clicks across your Page and your posts during the selected time period. It also displays the daily rate of consumptions to impressions.

Page Fans/Presence Reach Age, Gender, Locations panels

The following panels on the left side are a breakdown of the Age, Gender, and Locations of your Page Fans. The panels on the right side analyze the Age, Gender, and Locations of people who saw your Page and posts during the selected time period. You can click on any of these charts to view more info and specific numbers.
