What does the message "Missing Channel Data" mean?

Rival IQ displays “Missing Channel Data” if it does not contain data for one or more of a company's social handles. Rival IQ displays a value if at least one social handle has data available. If any channels are missing, we show a warning next to the total so you are aware it does not include data from all of the social handles.

You can remove a “Missing Channel Data” message by hiding the channel; however, this only works if Rival IQ receives data from the channel. If a social platform stops providing data, such as YouTube does for hidden subscriber counts, Rival IQ displays the message indefinitely.

To dismiss the “Missing Channel Data” message, hide the missing channel from your reports. by navigating to the Companies page and deselecting the check mark below the channel.
