As of Dec. 13, 2021, YouTube no longer provides Dislikes as a public metric. YouTube users will still be able to Dislike a video and channel owners will still be able to view the Dislikes in YouTube Studio. However, you will no longer be able to view Dislikes for yourself or your competitors in Rival IQ.

As of Jan. 31, 2022, the Dislike metric has been removed from Rival IQ.

After Dislikes were removed on Jan. 31, 2022, you may have noticed your 2021 YouTube engagement metrics decreased. Previously, Total Engagement included Likes, Dislikes, and Comments, but the current Total Engagement metric only includes Likes and Comments.
