Later this summer, we are sunsetting two sets of features in Rival IQ: SEO Keywords/Metrics and Web History. I apologize for any disruptions these changes will have to your workflow, and I’d love to hear any feedback, questions, or concerns you might have.

When we first built our competitive SEO and web history features in 2014, our mission was to help digital marketers track their competitors across the internet, including their websites, SEO performance, social media, and more.

Since then, we’ve evolved Rival IQ to focus on helping our customers maximize their impact using social media. Though removing features from our product is a tough decision, we believe that it’s the right one for our customers and our business.

With more focus, we’ll be able to do more than ever before to help you analyze and communicate social success through benchmarking and automated insights.

We’ll be ending access to these features on September 15th, 2020. Between now and then, we’ll continue to provide access to and support for these features. Leading up to this date, we can help you to export whatever data you need from Rival IQ. Cat and Jacob, our Customer Success Managers, are happy to help.

Similarly, as you look for recommendations about replacements for these features, we’re happy to provide guidance and support. Both of our SEO data providers, Moz and SEMrush, provide relatively low-cost SEO products that will help you get the job done.
