Replies and Video Views are now included in Twitter Social Posts—for you and your competitors! 

With this update, Twitter Engagement Total and Engagement Rate have been recalculated to include Replies, so you may notice an increase in your numbers. 

Here's what a Twitter video post looks like with these new metrics. You can see these metrics in the Twitter Social Posts dashboard.

We've applied this update to all "normal" Tweets in your landscape, back to January 2018. Replies and Video Views are not available on Retweet Tweets and Reply Tweets.
